Summary

This position provides direct support to Logan Health employees as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related support and transactions.


Qualifications
  • Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
  • Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a customer support role within a high-volume work environment.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
  • Possess ability to handle multiples priorities and maintain strict confidentiality required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.


Job Specific Duties


  • Collects specific analytics and metrics and assembles relevant data for review.
  • Works in collaboration with all areas of HR in an effort to support business objectives and provide consistent and accurate information.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues ranging from simple to moderate questions, using relatively thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and internal HR processes.
  • Proactively strives for improvement and optimization of processes within realm of responsibility.
  • Tracks data to proactively address trends in partnership with the Human Resources team to develop solutions, improve efficiencies, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provides input and assistance in the analysis and resolution of issues related to service and delivery of HR functions.
  • Assists in auditing of data and ensures accuracy of data through on-going audit procedures.
  • Guides employees through self-service and web-based information where applicable.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Utilizes efficient and effective processes to support and coach employees as it relates to their inquiries.
  • Coordinates the effective resolution of employee queries and identifies the escalation of complex or unique inquiries.
  • Appropriately routes requests from employees to others for additional information or research.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on HR systems, tools and information and identifies when information appears out of alignment or inaccurate.
  • Performs with the goal to solve employee’s questions or issues at the first initial contact.
  • Administers various human resources programs and procedures as assigned.
  • Provides workflow and service delivery updates to assigned leadership.
  • Provides consultation and guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
  • Interfaces with employees across the system to provide accurate, consistent and timely responses and explanations regarding HR related questions.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
