Housekeeping Supervisor Jobs

The Reserve at Mills Farm is searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines. Maintains a healthy and attractive environment by ensuring every detail is attended to. Responsible for scheduling, training, monitoring, and developing hourly staff. Partners with other departments to ensure room availability needs are met quickly.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities is required.
• Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
• Healthcare, hospitality or service environment experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must be able to handle conflict, problems, and emergency situations.
• Two years’ supervisory experience preferred.
