What You'll Be Doing As a Housekeeper

• Assist in policing the grounds to maintain curb appeal
• Clean exterior areas such as elevators and mailbox area
• Assist in make-ready procedures including cleaning vacant apartments
• Maintain the cleanliness of model apartments and make sure tour routes look exemplary at all times
• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, and any interior common areas such as a business center, fitness center, and laundry room

Are you qualified? (We hope so!)

• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Good safety habits
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
