Shift Supervisor / Shift Leader
You will:
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for employees and Guests.
  • Monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs.
  • Be a role model and set a positive example for the entire team.
  • Consistently enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
We'd like for you to have:
  • Experience training and developing Crew Members.
  • 6 - 12+ months of experience in restaurant leadership preferred.
  • Team building & problem solving skills.
  • Organizational, planning and time management skills.
