Job Description

Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Location: Exeter, NH(Remote)

Contract: 12+ months (possible extension- Long term project)


Qualifications:

5 years of IT experience

1-3 year of IT Audit experience preferred

• Under limited supervision, conduct employee access reviews and application entitlement reviews adhering to company guidelines.

• Performing analysis to assess the quality of data.

• Develop relationships with IT clientele

• Experience with ticket systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira) and knowledge bases required.

• Demonstrate experience and understanding of key audit areas including but not limited to: Information Security & Privacy, Database Administration, Computer Operations, Logical Security

• Collaborates with more senior team members and other internal teams to ensure review accuracy

• Brings fresh ideas to the table to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Analyze results of review procedures and testing to assess risks and provide recommendations for corrective action

• Participates daily in all required team and support group meetings

• Intermediate to advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Power Query.

• Basic understanding of SQL queries.

  • • Snowflake, DBVisualizer, Guidewire Suites, NexThink, AppDynamics and/or Splunk experience a plus!
