Hedge Fund Operations Associate ($150k All In)


New York City, NY


Hybrid-- 3 days in office


Our client is a rapidly growing hedge fund based in NYC. The firm is looking for an operations associate to join the team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a young operations professional looking to get more exposure to multiple facets of a fund. High growth experienced by the fund would ensure that the individual hired does not get silo'ed. Excellent company culture, and strong benefits.


Responsibilities include capturing trades in the system, portfolio maintenance, cash reconciliation, reviewing loan documents, and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders.


Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of operations experience (credit direct-lending a plus), strong analytical skills and a self-starter mindset.
