Job Description

Virtelligence is currently seeking Allied and Healthcare Recruiters (Nationwide- 100% commission only). The demand for healthcare opportunities outweighs our supply of quality candidates. You will have access to hundreds of open assignments and will be rewarded generously for making quality placements. Healthcare recruiters meeting the following criteria are welcome to apply:

  • Utilizes lead referral sources in addition to database mining and competitor recruiting to identify candidates who are interested in opportunities.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10+ hours per week on healthcare recruiting
  • Hands-on healthcare recruiting experience (outside HR) over the past couple of years
  • A strong sense of urgency and competitive drive to be the best

  • Interested in working on a 100% commission basis (1099)
