The EHR Program Director, under the direction of the EHR IT Program Executive, guides the EHR Program team through planning and is the central point of communication, maintaining a common vision, plan, and goal across all areas of the program to lead the implementation of an enterprise electronic health record platform for all facilities overseen by State Operated Healthcare Facilities.

Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Project Management experience, preferably with large, complex automation implementation efforts Required 7 Years Experience managing projects implementing large multi-client n-tier client/server systems Required 7 Years Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule. Required 7 Years Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) Required 7 Years Demonstrated technical architecture/infrastructure knowledge and experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems Required 5 Years Demonstrated presentation and training skills. Required 5 Years Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Required 5 Years Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability.
