Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Associate to join our legal team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare law, healthcare regulatory compliance, and transactional law. The candidate must have a strong understanding of stark law, HIPAA, and other healthcare laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

The Healthcare Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to healthcare clients. The candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and advising clients on legal issues related to healthcare. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Healthcare Associate position must have

• A strong understanding of stark law, HIPAA, and other healthcare laws and regulations
• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing legal advice and guidance to healthcare clients
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare law, healthcare regulatory compliance, and transactional law
• Experience in representing clients in legal proceedings
