Apply to become the next Consumer Relations and Resolution (CR&R) Health Program Specialist I, in our Special Project Unit! Become a member of our CR&R Branch to help resolve high-profile, complex, and urgent appeals and escalations related to eligibility and enrollment.
How Will I Make an Impact?
As the CR&R Specialist, you will be assisting the Appeals Analysts with their most complex and sensitive appeals and escalations cases, researching and working with California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System (CalHEERS) partners to resolve defects, and creating and delivering targeted training material for the branch. In this role, you will be developing reports relative to hearings, appeals, & escalations and will be expected to utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create visual reports. As part of the CR&R Branch, you will have the opportunity to work directly with senior staff and high-level management to provide your input and recommendations on system and procedural improvements which help keep our program moving forward in a positive direction. This role also allows you to build upon your reporting, project management, and training skills, by creating various data-driven reports for management and developing and presenting training for the analysts. What Qualifications Should I Have?
- Experience as a lead on projects or in project management
- Experience in interpreting regulations and performing quality reviews or monitoring staff work for compliance
- Experience analyzing, evaluating and reporting on data utilizing Microsoft products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the development of training materials and procedure manuals
