Health Information Management Product Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic health information professional (HIP), who is ready for the next step in their career and looking for a non-traditional HIP role. Come join a team of seasoned HIPs and fantastic development team, as a product specialist. Responsibilities include creating world class content to assist coding professionals as they work through patient encounter data, performing some quality assurance testing of encoder software content, working with other staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the engineering team. You may also be tasked with assisting with new product launches.

To be successful as a product specialist, you must have a passion for the health information management and regulatory systems with unmatched attention to detail. Outstanding product specialists should have a keen eye for spotting regulatory trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
