What Does It Take To Join The WORKBLIS Team?

Individuals who enjoy serving and supporting others will excel in this role. Successful candidates will have a robust knowledge of Health, Wellbeing, and Functional Medicine best practices - possessing an exceptional ability to confidently deliver engaging presentations and evidence-based training on various topics in the Health and Wellbeing Space.

Role Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices related to health education and incorporate new findings into program development and delivery.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify health education priorities and develop targeted strategies to address them.
• Develop and implement health education presentations, workshops and programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices and prevent disease.

• Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with others
• Strong ability to set and maintain boundaries
• Exceptional Presentation Skills - using Powerpoint and/or similar software
• Passionate about serving others
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Robust knowledge of Health Education best practices

Details & Schedule:

• Remote/Onsite
• Flexible Schedule
• 1099 Position

Requirements:

• High level of comfort with operating and troubleshooting technology
• Current required licensure with the ability to renew and maintain
• Quiet homework environment to conduct wellness presentations
• Minimum Master’s Degree in the relevant field of study
• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly preferred
