Head Of Tax Credits And Capital Markets

Requirements:
Deep understanding of clean energy project finance, tax equity, and/or tax credit transactions
Excellent analytical capabilities and experience with financial modeling
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Comfort with thinking outside the box and bringing creative financing ideas to the table
Decisiveness and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and with external stakeholders and clients
