REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 10 years of working experience related Consulting company or Telecomunication Company.
• Advanced graduate degree and excellent Academic record required, preferably overseas Master Degree, From top tier University.

• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

• Will be a plus with additional experience in corporate finance and investment banking as well as M&A activities
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Developing and implementing new procedures or training.
• The Transformation and Strategy Office is in charge of the group holding end-to-end strategy journey, starting from market and consumer research, new business generation (business development), strategy development to ensure growth
• Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing and communicating recommendations.
• Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing.
• Presenting result to management and implementing recommendations in collaboration with fun
• Making recommendations for improvement, using computer models to test them and presenting findings to management.
• Conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business.
• Providing strong leadership to the team
• Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies.
