WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Ensuring smooth interfaces in cooperation with other EOS organizations and regional service partners will help you to achieve your goals faster and better
• The implementation of the EOS Service Operation Model (especially Remote Service) will be another of your tasks
• You will define Strategy and Key Performance Indicators for the organization and manage the service team accordingly to maximize impact and continuously improve key metrics. Your focus will be to develop and maintain a customer-centric culture.
• You will take care of the budget and resource planning for your area of responsibility as part of the business planning
• You are responsible for operational service activities within the region as well - from planned maintenance to managing potential escalations both effectively and cost efficiently
• You are responsible for the overall success of the service business in EMEA and the customer satisfaction in the region
• You are responsible for the development, piloting and implementation of a profitable product portfolio (e.g. remote services) and new business models in coordination with the Service business unit
• You will hire, retain and develop a high performance team with strong influence internally and externally. Additionally, you will secure, focus and expand EOS-specific core competencies in Service.
• In order to improve our future systems, you will monitor and track recurring technical and non-technical deficiencies and address them with a systematic process in the region or in the respective business units
• To support key customers even better, you will expand a technical key account service organization
