Role Overview: They're seeking a passionate and motivated professional to take on the role of Head of Retail. As the Head of Retail, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high merchandising standards, maximizing store productivity, driving retail sales and profitability, and elevating the standards of retail excellence. In addition to overseeing the retail stores' P&L, you will inspire and cultivate a culture of growth, innovation, and service orientation within your teams. This position requires a visionary leader who can ensure that our store environments and customer experiences authentically represent the brand's aesthetics and values, ultimately enhancing the brand's reputation.

A Day in the Life: As the Head of Retail, you will lead and manage store teams, ensuring effective sales execution and adherence to strategies. You'll provide strategic direction rooted in a deep understanding of customer needs, both present and future. This involves defining objectives, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and driving implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivation of a selling culture and customer loyalty.
  • Direct management of store leaders.
  • Optimization of store performance, managing budgets, and maximizing opportunities.
  • Effective communication with cross-functional partners.
  • Achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Direct interactions with customers and store visits to set high standards.
  • Shaping the store culture to inspire managers and sales associates.
  • Ownership of the retail P&L, including gross margin management.
  • Maintaining high retail standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Recruitment and development of enthusiastic and customer-oriented teams.
  • Upholding ethical standards and brand values.


Travel: This role will require approximately 75% travel.
