Head of Partner Sales - Healthcare GTM

About this role

As part of the Qualtrics Partner Ecosystem team, the Head of Partner Sales - Healthcare GTM will play an important role impacting the Healthcare Customer Unit’s sales growth by utilizing the partner ecosystem. The Head of Partner Sales - Healthcare GTM will work with account teams, RVPs, and key go-to-market (GTM) partners including delivery partners, GSIs, technology ISVs and solution partners (SIs, resellers and agencies) within the US Healthcare business to generate and accelerate pipeline, determine Sales & Ecosystem strategy that will impact revenue growth most, to establish best practices for winning deals, and to broadly enable all sales stakeholders on the value of Qualtrics and the various GTM partners. This role will be the primary partner resource for all Healthcare partner ecosystem sales and strategy. This role will be expected to establish trust, credibility and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including account executives, regional VPs, marketing, sales engineering, partner ecosystem managers, and customer success while executing our partner sales process and delivering on all key performance metrics

In this truly cross-functional opportunity, this role will have full ownership to create Healthcare partner GTM strategies, execute new business and partnership opportunities in the field, and serve as a trusted and valued resource to our teams to close sales deals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing across both Qualtrics and various partners to run joint campaigns, demand generation and other awareness activities. Set and track key performance indicators.
  • Work with extended organization (partner ecosystem managers, partner delivery, partner marketing, product marketing sales, product, and engineering) on any deliverables or assets needed to support the business
  • Identify, train and execute go-to-market plans with partners in the Healthcare business
  • As Head of Partner Sales - Healthcare, you will be responsible for all partner ecosystem sales within the Qualtrics Healthcare business which includes quota-bearing responsibilities for the impact on Healthcare net-new ACV
  • Build relationships with the various partner sales and marketing functions in the assigned region and execute region specific GTM plans working closely with the Healthcare account executives, SEs and RVPs.
  • You will work closely with the Head of NA Healthcare Sales to determine which GTM strategies will most significantly drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced growth on the Healthcare business
  • You will be responsible for achieving partner targets and work closely with the regional VPs and sales teams in the Healthcare business
  • Own joint business planning agreements with the sales organization and partners to promote collaboration between Qualtrics’ Healthcare teams and partners.
  • You will be focused on generating and accelerating Qualtrics pipeline as well as building long-term partnerships to drive future growth
  • Enable Qualtrics and partners on our joint value proposition, when to introduce Qualtrics partners into Healthcare accounts and how to best qualify joint opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of technology related sales and Healthcare sales experience managing across technology and solution partnerships.
  • Track record of consistent revenue target achievements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with and managing partnerships with Healthcare organizations or Healthcare units at other companies.
  • Passion for the mission - disrupting the paradigm in US Healthcare and upleveling the patient, member & employee experience at these organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do.
  • Exemplify the following traits - articulate, thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, humble and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a high emotional IQ.
  • Experience selling cloud solutions or analytical tools into payor, provider or life science organizations in the US
