Position Overview:

As the Head of Marketing - USA, you will be responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy and overseeing all aspects of marketing operations. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and establish the company as a leader in the solar plus storage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that includes digital marketing, product marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Manage the local and corporate marketing budgets related to US sales and marketing and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Develop, manage, and localize marketing campaigns/assets across all channels, including social media, email, digital advertising, and events.
• Liaise with corporate and in-country Brand Marketing and Lead Generation teams across the Alpha ESS organization to establish benchmarks and leverage successful initiatives within the US market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and collateral that support the sales process and generate relevant leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
• Measure and analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics to the executive team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in the solar and storage industry or a related field is highly preferred.
