About Our Client
My client is is a global independent asset management firm that offers innovative solutions to institutional, retail and private wealth clients.

• Set strategic direction for forecasting, business planning, management reporting and business analytics activities for Public Markets and Private Wealth.
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
• Drive forward-looking processes including annual budget plan, monthly outlooks, and multi-year strategic plans.
• Develop and track performance metrics, create C-level presentations, and provide financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management.
• Assess and benchmark talent and develop a plan to continue to recruit and develop a highly respected team regarded as experts at financial modeling and analysis.
• Keep the stakeholder community aware of performance and progress, in a timely and reliable manner.
• Develop and analyze financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Continually evaluate systems and support structures for their capability to facilitate transparency and "best in class" business and financial planning processes.
• Support management team with data-driven analysis, prepare executive reports, and analyze financial effects of various contemplated actions.
• Develop and maintain productive business partnerships with key stakeholders in Public Markets and Private Wealth and Global leadership teams.
• Analyze trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as AUM, revenues, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Build strong relationships across the Public Markets, Private Wealth, Private Markets, and Global leadership teams.
• Build and transform analytical framework and processes to support future growth initiatives.
• Manage a sophisticated FP&A infrastructure to translate company-specific and external industry data into key strategic inputs and insights.
• Produce Revenue and Expense forecast (rolling and point in time) reporting, and peer analysis.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to provide strategic insights.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with 5+ years in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
