Job Title: Ecommerce Leader
Reports To: CEO
Job Summary: The Ecommerce Leader is responsible for developing and executing Precision Pro’s DTC growth strategy. Specific duties include forecasting and budget management, digital advertising management, website management, email management, team management, and owning the entire DTC sales funnel. Succes is based on DTC and overall company success as defined by agreed upon goals and measures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
DTC Growth Strategy
· Develops ways to profitability grow the DTC business.
· Use data and customer and competitor insights to fully understand the DTC sale funnel.
· Decide how to best allocate marketing resources to achieve goals.
Forecasting
· Create yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales forecasts.
· Monitor forecasts vs. actuals and adjust as needed.
Digital Advertising
· Manage Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Bing digital advertising.
· Decide how to best allocate budgets across channels.
· Work with the team to brainstorm and create effective ad creatives.
· Report results daily and adjust as needed.
Website
· Manage the Shopify website.
· Understand conversion rate optimization, Google Analytics, customer feedback, and general digital marketing practices.
· Use this to test and improve overall website performance.
· This includes product pages, home page, collection pages, and landing pages.
· Manage the email program through Klavyio or a similar program.
· This includes welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, post purchase flows, and general newsletters.
Team Management
· Team management will be a key aspect of the role.
· The marketing support team may consist of agencies, freelancers, and/or full-time employees.
· This includes settings goals and expectations, communication, and ensuring that goals are being met.
Success Measurements:
Compensation Incentives:
· Company Profit
You will be responsible for setting 2-3 quarterly induvial goals and will be expected to achieve these. However, these goals will not be directly tied to compensation.
Qualifications:
· Must be passionate abut golf.
· 3-5 years’ experience in DTC marketing either through a brand or an agency.
· Strong knowledge of the ecommerce funnel and customer journey – product, ads, creatives, landing pages, website experience, email flows, retention, etc.
· Experience with Facebook and Google ads.
· Experience with Shopify, Klavyio, Google Analytics or similar programs.
· General understanding of how Amazon ecommerce works.
· The curiosity to continue learning and improving personally and professionally.
