Job Description

About the Company:

Our client is a fintech startup completely changing the way companies handle sensitive legal documents internally and externally. They are looking to add a HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS who will oversee a team of 4 rockstar account managers. This person will have tons of exposure to the C-Suite and will work very closely with the COO.


** FINTECH/BANKING/LEGAL EXPERIENCE = BIG PLUS **


Responsibilities:

  • Personnel Development - manage 2-3 direct reports
  • Strategic Insights - leverage understanding of client data and platform to deliver value
  • Client Support - keep client up to date at all times regarding various matters
  • Account Management - serve as subject matter expert for all inquiries and questions
  • Operations - continuous process improvement and streamlining of systems


Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Preferred: Experience in tech related field required, SaaS background a plus
  • 5+ years of experience of account management in tech/startup/hyper-growth environment
  • Preferred: Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
