Claris, an Apple subsidiary, has an active, dynamic worldwide community of developers and partners — one of the longest-standing and most extensive developer communities in the world. Our community regularly gathers in our own online forums, in other external forums, at in-person events, and on social media. Claris's success is defined by the success of our community members!

Claris is looking for a Head of Community & Learning to lead our efforts to grow, engage, and train our community of developers and services partners. We are looking for someone who can create a best-in-class online training and community experience for a technical audience and manage large-scale in person events. The successful candidate will have a customer-first mindset as they oversee all Claris efforts for our community to connect, learn and grow together. Experience in developer relations and developer evangelism is a must. This role will include working collaboratively within the Claris marketing organization as well as with customer support, product, and external partners. The Head will have budget responsibility for all aspects of community.

Description

As Head of Community & Learning you will lead the team responsible for:

• Creating developer and partner content about Claris and its software products, including recorded demos, presentations, and webinars, as well as social, blog, and community posts.
• Planning and promoting small- and large-scale events (online and in-person.
• Creating and promoting learning modules and training certifications.
• Directly engaging with our community members and partners in online forums.
• Extending our community growth and engagement strategy.
• Oversee budget for events, production, training, certifications, and 3rd party software related to the Claris digital community.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $168,000 and $261,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
