Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Head of Business Development. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's sales and business development activities. This includes developing and implementing business plans, conducting market research, analyzing data, managing accounts, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The Head of Business Development will also be responsible for managing a team of business development professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development or related field
• Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred
• Proven Sales and Account Management Experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

Relevant Skills and Qualifications:

• Dedication to staying current on industry trends and best practices
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to think strategically, analyze business metrics, and use data to inform decision-making
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to address them
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
