Job Description
ASUMH seeks applicants for a 10-month, part-time Head Baseball Coach. The minimum salary is a $10,000 stipend. This position can be combined with another position at ASUMH depending on qualifications and positions available.

Job Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Recruiting and retention of student athletes
  • Adherence to institutional and NJCAA rules and regulations
  • Supporting the vision of the ASUMH Athletic Department
  • Development & implementation of a successful intercollegiate baseball program
  • Budget Management
  • Compiling and reporting game statistics
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and boosters

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate education and coaching/playing experience. Excellent communication and computer skills; and a verifiable clean driving record. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education, coaching and/or playing experience at the college level, previous recruiting experience and knowledge of the National Junior College Athletic Association rules.
