GUEST RELATIONS TEAM MEMBER


What We Provide


This is a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. It features an hourly rate of $12 with perks such as: Free entry to any Six Flags Park for all employees and a guest with each visit, additional complimentary tickets for friends and family, 40% discount of merchandise for all employees, flexible scheduling and daily and weekly pay available.


What You Will Do


The core of everything we do, as a Guest Relations Team Member, you’ll ensure Six Flags Fiesta Texas guests receive the upmost attention and care to resolve their concerns; while ensuring a fantastic guest experience.


How You Will Do It


  • Accurately process transactions and adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Apply basic computer skills and familiarity of the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Utilize Fresh-Desk and address web comments daily
  • Upsell park product such as Season Passes, VIP Tours and current park promotions
  • Maintain and provide a safe work environment during all hours of operation
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction scores – Demonstrate a “Guest First” philosophy by professionally responding and resolving guest concerns
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work environment
  • Process all transactions through a register
  • Provide general park information to guests


What You Will Need


  • Able to work alongside a highly driven, fast-paced team
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, exposure to various weather conditions, etc.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to cross-train, within the department, to help in other areas and support the park as a whole
  • A friendly and professional attitude
  • Able to multi-task, while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating a register
