Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely updates, repairs, and cleanliness of listings. Manage inventory and procure supplies as necessary.
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive strategy for platform automation, optimizing responses to inquiries.
  • Analyze guest reviews and experiences to identify areas for improvement. Elevate property ratings to a target of 4.95 and maintain Superhost status.
  • Develop templates, FAQs, and exemplary customer interaction practices to enhance customer engagement.
  • Be available to address guest inquiries beyond regular hours and manage maintenance emergencies effectively. Serve as a point of contact for resolving issues with difficult guests and coordinate with Airbnb to prevent fines and negative reviews.
  • Craft, manage, and update listings, optimizing keywords and descriptions for superior Search Engine Optimization on platforms such as Airbnb, Zillow, VRBO, and other relevant websites.
  • Engage with listing partners and integration collaborators to secure support and foster effective partnerships.
  • Swiftly handle all text messages and in-app queries, ensuring responses are provided within 15 minutes of receipt.
  • Maintain a minimum occupancy rate of 92% across all listings. Enhance profitability by regular price and calendar updates, as well as the implementation of innovative strategies for increased revenue (additional services, optimized pricing).

  • Have experience with customer services, digital marketing, online advertising, some basic design skill
  • Approach job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty and integrity
  • Strong time management skills, ability to assess and manage priorities, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
