As a Graphic Designer on the Strategic Consulting Team, you will be part of a growing creative department creating recruitment marketing materials to help our clients stand out in a competitive talent market. You will have the opportunity to work on well-known brands while supporting a global team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Receptive to design feedback and eager to collaborate
• Interact with Art Directors and Creative Directors to develop creative executions of assigned projects
• Projects may include print ads, digital media, social media campaign executions, email marketing, web design, trade show displays, animations, presentation decks and more
• Understand and apply best practices to media of all channels, including digital, social and print
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce client assets
• Independently manage time to meet deadline, and ability to effectively handle multiple assignments at one time
• Able to translate multiple client guidelines to ensure the accuracy of deliverables

Client Relationship Management

• Work closely with Client Service, Copywriters and/or Project Managers to understand project goals, align on deliverables
• Open to others’ unique ideas and perspectives
• Work closely with Art Directors and Project Managers to schedule and monitor all projects
• Communicate effectively and kindly with other creatives, teams, clients and vendors

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience

Experience

1-2 years of graphic design experience preferred

Functional / Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Experience producing digital and social media deliverables
• Strong composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final pieces (i.e., attention to detail)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Expertise with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Adobe XD, After Effects, Premier Pro, Sketch and/or other design programs and tools are a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated complete understanding of color theory and color relationships, typography, perspective and space relationships, page composition and grid structures
• Print production process, knowledge of production techniques a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word)
• Web design and production of digital elements
