Junior Graphic Designer Jobs

Essential Functions:

• Assist with the creation of visually appealing and on-brand designs for print and digital platforms, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, POP and packaging for both retail and distribution channels, and email campaigns.
• Help manage multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively meeting project deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analyze design trends to enhance the visual impact of our materials.
• Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the senior designer to develop design concepts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software to enhance your skills and expertise.
• Support the marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all materials and platforms.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction and feedback from the senior designer.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with print and digital design is required.
