• HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $75 – $90/hr
• JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)

THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements
Looking for candidates that would like to convert to FTE after about 6 months

• Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design practices.
• Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail, delivering designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web content design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

What you’ll be working on

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver designs that align with business objectives.
• Optimize web graphics for performance and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user needs and preferences.
• Design and create visually compelling web content, including website layouts, landing pages, banners, icons, and other digital assets.
• Ensure consistent visual branding across all digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Maintain an organized file management system to facilitate easy access and retrieval of design assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, UX designers, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
