One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED.

Paid training programs

Regular work schedule is 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am 4-on/4-off including weekends. Hours worked from 7pm-7am will receive a .75 cent per hour shift premium.

These positions are eligible for a $1000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for qualified applicants upon hire.

Start, stop, adjust and monitor several pieces of equipment used to remove seeds and broken grains from the mill flow and keep work area clean.

Must be able to read production orders, print legibly, add, subtract, multiply and divide, compute percentages, climb ladders, work at heights and in tight spaces.
