P&G is looking for a Global Safety Surveillance & Analysis Report Specialist/ Data Management Specialist to join our global team.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing adverse event regulatory reporting, when required, ensuring that work processes necessary to deliver product vigilance-related regulatory reporting are in place and sufficient. You will also be a member of the GSSA Data Governance team, in collaboration with other experienced GSSA colleagues, and may have the opportunity to work in multifunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• In collaboration with GSSA colleagues, ensure all relevant documentation is stored appropriately
• Submission and archiving of regional periodic regulatory reports, if appropriate
• Monitor hardcopy mailbox for potential adverse event cases
• Coordinate the GSSA Data Governance’s Center of Excellence mailbox, working with Data Governance colleagues to resolve users’ issues
• Submission of relevant reportable Adverse Event (AE) /incidents to appropriate regulatory authorities/Competent Authorities within specified timelines, as appropriate

Qualifications/Skills required

• Experience with Safety Surveillance or another compliance-related field would be of benefit but not essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 2-year Associate degree or high school diploma with working experience in a team
• Excellent collaboration skills: experience establishing and maintaining global and cross-functional working relationships.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage complex systems.
