InduPro, Inc. is bringing life-changing therapies to patients through novel cell-surface platform technologies. We are defining and manipulating protein interactions beyond natural signaling paradigms. InduPro platforms integrate inherent protein proximity at the cell surface with the ability to manipulate protein pairings via induced protein proximity to create novel signaling pathways and logic gates.


The Opportunity


We are seeking a Generalist, Human Resources to join our growing and dynamic team. As an integral member of InduPro, you will be responsible for building the Human Resources function including development and management of HR strategies, processes, systems, programs and day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will interact with the leadership team and support the organization’s growth strategy and dynamic workplace culture. At present this is an in-person, individual contributor role.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Provide HR and talent management expertise in support of organizational effectiveness and growth with InduPro’s two sites: Seattle, Wa and Cambridge, Ma
  • Provide inputs to HR budget and expenses
  • Act as culture steward for the organization, proactively engaging employees and communicating HR related information to keep employees informed and gather their input
  • Partners with part-time recruiter and participates on interview teams, facilitates interview team debriefing meetings, partners with recruiter to provide relevant compensation benchmarks to develop market competitive job.
  • Partner with leadership in resolving employee relations concerns, provide coaching, and conduct investigations if needed
  • Develop and oversee market competitive compensation, promotion, and development processes and benefits programs that support the growth, health and well-being of employees
  • Prepare compensation and benefits related documentation for payroll processing; coordinate with Payroll on matters affecting pay and benefits
  • Proactively benchmark industry best practices and trends, share findings, make recommendations that support organizational needs
  • Continually build upon and refine existing HR operations and process as the company grows to ensure compliance and efficiency for both sites
  • Develop and manage HR programs and processes that support a diverse and inclusive culture, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development
  • Select, oversee, and evaluate vendors as needed
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of changing employment regulations and implement policies, procedures, and systems enhancements as necessary to ensure compliance
  • Establish metrics to report on programs and initiatives, employee participation and effectively communicate their impact to the organization


Requirements


  • Proven experience using and implementing HRIS and tools; highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent people, influencing, problem solving, presentation and facilitation skills with experience establishing credibility and strong working relationships at all levels across the organization
  • Utilizes feedback and data to evaluate and make recommendations
  • Experience administering full employee lifecycle from hire to separation; performance management, talent calibration, employee relations, and learning and development
  • Excellent time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years of related HR experience in a growth environment, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences or high tech. HR certification a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with colleagues from diverse disciplines
  • Strong project management skills, process improvement, ability to prioritize, and a high degree of accuracy
  • Passionate about developing and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion programs, training, and initiatives to support an inclusive culture
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and practices
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and maintain confidentiality
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and managing talent management programs in a small to mid-size organization

The hiring pay range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role. Other components of the compensation package include a competitive new hire equity grant, and participation in an annual performance bonus incentive program.
