Our principal mission, is to protect our clients' assets and information by effectively limiting each threat. In this way, they will have an unlimited future advancing with cybersecurity in their digital transition 🛡

On this occasion, we are looking for a General Services & Facility Management Manager to help us build our disruptive office in Washington.

What You’ll Get to Do 🤔

• Establish, monitor and execute tactical, operational plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with global policies in relation to physical facilities, services and procurement, adjusting to local policies and regulations at each location.
• Promote, plan, execute and follow up on Safety, Quality, Costs, and People initiatives.
• Search and negotiation with local suppliers
• Daily cooperation with the Global team for the alignment of plans and tasks to be performed.
• Provide support to the Global Area Director on strategic issues of the company and the area.
• Respond to day-to-day requirements of the operation.
• Document and ensure the implementation and monitoring of the established processes, ensuring that the whole team complies with them and participates in their continuous improvement, considering the specific needs of the site, matching with the Madrid HQ guidelines.
• Support in global and local operations strategy.
• Regular reporting on the evolution of the base and action plans, through the design and implementation of management indicators.
• Ensure that the team has the resources and conditions to operate with the expected quality and output.

What You'll Bring 🤭

Education and Experience:

• Accustomed to working with high levels of quality and attention to detail.
• Higher Degree or technical training in Engineering Architecture or similar.
• Experience in organizing departments and documenting processes.
• 3 years in a similar position, where you have had knowledge in maintenance, reforms, machinery, etc.
• Experience in the IT sector will be a 💯
• High level of English and Spanish (C1) *Mandatory*
