Overview The Assistant Manager at Subway is responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the restaurant’s profitability. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Manager at Subway is responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the restaurant’s profitability. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is kept clean and organized. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for training new staff members, and providing ongoing support and guidance to existing staff. Job Skills Required
