Job Description

Come join our St. Augustine Fairfield Inn & Suites and lead our exciting team! We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead a very exciting environment within our culture!

The ideal candidate will have successful management abilities in the hospitality industry. The general manager must be able to prioritize and organize work assignments, while providing clear direction to staff and ascertaining hotel training needs when necessary. It is imperative that the General Manager motivate associates and maintain a cohesive team while specializing in exceptional guest satisfaction. We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable manager who can confidently enforce the excellence of hotel standards, policies and procedures in accordance with Shaner and franchise (if applicable), as well as become a visible leader in the local community.

We offer competitive pay based on experience (67k-80k plus a generous BONUS plan based on performance!)

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive hospitality leadership experience is required. Excellent people management and problem resolution skills. Superior guest satisfaction skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality financials, reporting requirements and industry measurements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
