JOB DESCRIPTION:


The Smoothie King General Manager contributes to our success by leading his/her team to create and maintain an exceptional Guest experience while upholding brand standards as well as modeling and acting in accordance with Smoothie King core values. The GM works side by side with their team and is involved in all areas of store operations which include:


  • Providing a high-quality product, ensuring compliance to company food safety procedures
  • Drives implementation of company programs with thoughtful planning, inspiring team to meet operational standards
  • Maximizing sales performance using strategies to leverage KPIs and community marketing
  • Leading and developing their team, through communication, recognition and feedback
  • Communicates in a positive and calm manner with team and guests, resolving challenges and reducing tensions, maintaining an environment with a resolve toward positive outcomes
  • Manages all cash handling activities, following and upholding company policies and procedures
  • Providing a safe, well-maintained store for team and guests, using company tools and checklists
  • Driving profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming environment
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience, motivating team to exceed expectations

REQIREMENTS:


  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Supervisory or leadership experience – 1 year
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Flexible work schedule, 45-50 hours/week; opening, closing, some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting to 55 pounds
  • Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Willing to undergo a background check
  • You will be required to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and resolution
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to a variety of fresh, dried or frozen products, and powdered substances including but not limited to berries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (ie: almonds) milk, soy, proteins, grains and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health/safety
  • Ability to stand for 8 or more hours, outside of breaks
  • A dedicated focus to an outstanding customer experience
  • You must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills
  • Guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment – 3 years
  • Experience analyzing financial reports – 1 year


PAY:


  • Starting at $50,000 annual salary
