About the Role


We are a growing mobile donut shop based in Louisville, KY that offers its employees competitive wages, career growth and a fun work environment. We specialize in public, private, school and corporate events. Our mission is to make our customer’s day SWEET!

DonutNV is a fun, quick-service mobile food concept. We make hot fresh mini donuts and fresh squeezed lemonade.


As the General Manager of DonutNV mobile unit, you will be the driving force behind our mobile donut shop's operations and development. Your daily leadership will ensure that we deliver outstanding customer experiences at every event and meet our established cost, quality, and delivery commitments.



Key Responsibilities:


Operations Management:

  • Uphold strict adherence to health and fire regulations in food preparation and serving.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the mobile unit and commissary kitchen.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment, and address any equipment issues promptly.
  • Drive the mobile unit to events, assisting in setup and breakdown.


Inventory and Purchasing:

  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity.
  • Plan and purchase food for daily operations, maintaining required records including inventory.


Sales and Client Relations:

  • Respond to customer preferences and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory customer dining experience.
  • Assist in selling and booking DonutNV events, establishing positive relations with corporate and private clients.


Personnel Management:

  • Hire, schedule, and manage mobile unit employees, maintaining high personnel performance standards.
  • Ensure staff compliance with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Food Safe Certified
  • Experience pulling trailers, boats, campers, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
  • Availability to work days/nights, weekends, and/or holidays as per event schedule demands
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management
