Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate with business management to ensure that accurate records are maintained and cost controls are monitored and applied.
  • Communicates continuously with the Association Management group for relevant information impacting HGV owners and HOA administration.
  • Develops career path opportunities for department heads and create and monitor guidelines by which all team members are hired, developed, counseled, and separated.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of units, building, grounds, noting deficiencies of employees, contractors and physical appearance of property. Determine most appropriate and cost effective method to make repairs and perform needed maintenance. Protect and enhance the assets.
  • Reviews and evaluates all aspects of the Association's operation and makes recommendations for changes as needed. Remains alert to potential problems or areas of concern, alerting the appropriate parties
  • Develops and maintains cost and labor controls to ensure operation within budget.
  • Counsels direct reports on job-related matters and guide and lead team members to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Maintains a close working relationship with Hilton Grand Vacations and partners with all Corporate Support
  • Recommends to Hilton Grand Vacations and Association’s Board of Directors improvements of resort management's services and programs.
  • Conducts periodic communication with the sales and marketing organization as it relates to service and product changes and enhancements.
  • Prepares for and conducts HOA meetings and the annual owner's meetings, keeping owners and board members advised of, but not limited to, property management activities, committee reports, financials, correspondence from unit owners, manager’s response to inquiries, officers’ reports, legal notices, and anything pertinent to the operation of the Association(s) that has occurred since the prior meeting.
  • Create and lead Association(s) budgets and retail budgets - monitor replacement programs for the Association as instructed by the approved reserve funding.
  • Assures compliance with labor laws and respects areas of responsibilities
  • Monitor operational performance through observation and feedback.

  • Demonstrate leadership skills such as integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of related experience in a similar role
  • Related experience in a union environment
  • Exhibits direct integrity and support to team members, corporate leaders, owners and guests
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence in vision during uncertain times
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous timeshare resort experience
  • 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
