GENERAL MANAGER, HEALTH & WELLNESS PRODUCTS
We are seeking a driven and innovative Product Manager to own ProService's health and wellness product offering, including the P&L for this significant line of business. This role requires a motivated candidate with a history of excellence and impact in product management, a focus on innovation, and strong strategic and negotiating skills. As the GM Health & Wellness, you will be responsible for driving the growth, impact and financial performance of our health plan offerings. This includes ensuring that we deliver clear and recognized value and market differentiation that impacts client adoption and retention.
In this role, you will set strategy and drive execution for our programs, define product offerings, monitor and drive improvements in performance, negotiate and grow value with vendors,, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance. You will work with customers, key strategic partners and internal stakeholders. What You'll Bring To The Team

• Demonstrated track record in evaluating, recommending, and driving activities to improve operational performance
• Strong ownership mindset, tenacious goal orientation, and an ability to drive internal and external collaboration and negotiations to successful implementations.
• Excellent negotiation skills and vendor management to deliver results for customers
• Demonstrated success driving strategy and execution for notable product improvement
• Strong collaboration skills to set and execute strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Successfully evaluated market launches and pricing/options and driving strategic and tactical responsiveness to grow market share
• Success installing and improving forecasting, measuring, and monitoring product performance
