Job Description

Location: Daytona Beach, FL


Salary: $100k - $120k base (negotiable), plus bonus


Position:

General Manager

  • Should have a strong ability to tap into the market and build up the marketing , online presence , booking and reservations is critical.
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage overseeing the beach bar operation and breakfast service
  • Strong background in marketing and customer relationships. High customer service orientation
  • Experienced manager and leader
  • Knows the market. Experience in running beachfront (ideally) hotel in the Daytona area or the Gulf of Mexico resorts market. This is a boutique hotel, not franchised, so the candidate should have relevant experience.
  • Strong background in driving revenue management and driving sales (all aspects of this, dealing with travel agencies, being on top of rates, competitors, online impressions / bookings, etc. all things to help drive revenue)
  • Experience and strong background in running hotel with 100 plus rooms and a casual beach front restaurant and bar
