JOB TITLE: Fitness Floor Staff
Essential Functions / Responsibilities / Duties
Assist members with understanding how to use the equipment safely and properly.

• Educate members on how to use all cardio and weight room machines/equipment
• Respond to calls to assist in cases of emergency, injury or class setup/take down
• Manage towel service including laundering and distribution
• Maintain a safe and hazard free environment at all times
• Receive and process requests as needed
• Ensure cleanliness of all exercise equipment and associated workout areas
• Interact efficiently and kindly with other departments
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a very satisfying and rewarding experience
• Return weights and exercise equipment back to storage
• Work in conjunction with the M.O.D. and/or Fitness Director to handle inquiries, requests, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS / LOCATION: Scottsdale, Arizona
SCHEDULE: As needed and required by the position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / DEMANDS: Standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, stretching, lifting objects over 40lbs.
EDUCATION / SPECIALIZED TRAINING: CPR and First Aid certification
SAFETY: MUST PRACTICE AND PROMOTE SAFETY AT ALL TIMES
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
