G5 Entertainment AB is a Swedish mobile game publisher and developer. 20 years ago we became the first mobile developers in the CIS and since then we have been leading the game industry. We develop games in the genres of Match-3, Hidden Object, Mahjong Solitaire. Our portfolio includes 20+ world-class f2p projects, including Hidden City®, Jewels of Rome™, Mahjong Journey®, Homicide Squad®, Jewels of the Wild West™, etc.

We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Game UI/UX Designer.

What you’ll do:

• Design scenarios of user interaction with the interface, schemes and prototypes of game interfaces in a team with game designers, artists and producer;
• Assemble the final interfaces in Adobe Photoshop based on graphics created by artists;
• Integrate ready-made interfaces into the game (we’ll teach you how to do it);
• Optimize the graphical sources of the game interface.

Our requirements:

• Ability to design interfaces based on the principles of usability, composition and coloristics;
• Experience designing interfaces for web applications, apps or games (at least 2 years);
• Understanding of the tools and processes for developing websites, applications, ideally games;
• Ability to create mockups of interfaces in Figma, Adobe XD (or similar);
• Ability to figure out user objectives, turn those objectives into implementable solutions, and communicate the value of solutions to stakeholders and the team;
• Ability to create scenarios for effective user interaction with the interface;
• Professional Adobe Photoshop skills;
• A relevant portfolio.

Would be a great bonus:

• Knowledge of the basics of animation and experience creating interface animations;
• Ability to draw by hand, artistic taste;
• Extensive gaming experience and a love of games.
