Job Description
Full-time Direct Care Staff in Siren. This 40 hours per week position includes every other weekend. $16/hr start pay. Two current openings for this position: one day shift and one mix of day shifts and afternoon shifts available. Paid time off. Yearly bonus.
Looking for a couple great, reliable employees. This is a very laid back job with plenty of down time but can also be challenging at times due to challenging behaviors of some clients.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, able to pass a State background check, have a valid drivers license with no restrictions and have compassion when caring for others. Also, we have a no substance abuse policy. Experience working with mental health in an Assisted living or AFH type setting helpful but not required, will train the right individual. Must be reliable. CNA not required.
