2 openings available.

We are looking to bring in a full time staff coach with experience in a club competitive environment. Director role possible dependent on experience and administrative/curriculum development background.

Flexible start date, desired on or before June 1st, 2023.

Essential Functions

  • Design and execute training sessions that align with age based curriculum and desired CEFC Possession Based Style of play.
  • Utilize and implement technology within learning environment. Veo, Beyond Pulse, Google Sheets (Google Suite of products).
  • Head Coach 2-4 teams with Chicago Empire FC. Boys and/or Girls.
  • Additional responsibilities can and will be assigned based on candidate qualifications and possible director role.
  • Conduct team/player meetings and evaluations including Player Development Plans.
  • Coordinate and manage game schedules



Requirements:

  • Well organized and prompt in communication
  • USSF Licensure (or currently pursuing)
  • Administrative knowledge and experience in club soccer operating systems.
  • Ability to work productively in a collaborative environment to advance the goals of Chicago Empire FC
  • Ability to hold traditional work hours. *Office hours during the week as well as evening and weekend hours on the field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
