Full Time Nanny Jobs

Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

*Please note - candidates will be hired by, work for, and paid directly by the hiring family*

We’re currently looking for a Full Time Nanny (32 hours/week) in Jupiter.

An on-the-go family of three is looking to find an energetic, proactive, and outdoorsy teammate to keep up with their 17-month-old! This tight-knit family is needing some extra hands while at home and out on the road as they travel for both work and pleasure so candidates must be travel ready. Work travel is typically a full week where help is needed for setting up the new space and scoping out local activities for either their daughter or the whole family to enjoy! Their ideal candidate will be passionate about childcare, flexible, well-organized, tidy, and excited about the opportunity to be an extension of their team!

• 1 child: 17 months old
• 32 paid hours per week, guaranteed
• Long-term
• Start date: ASAP
• Home Rate: $26-28/hr
• Occasionally family will travel without nanny - nanny will still be paid regular home rate ($26-28/hr) and will be responsible for duties at the family home such as opening packages, tidying the home, etc.
• Home Schedule: Monday - Friday from 2pm - 6pm with some evenings as late as 9pm end time; family may occasionally need care in the mornings from 8am - 12pm instead of afternoon hours *nanny must have flexibility to support a change in shift schedules as described above*
• Away Schedule: Approximately one time each month, the family will need their nanny to travel with them. During times of travel, the family requires a lot of flexibility in availability to support their needs as they arise throughout the day. The family will typically need care 8 hours each travel day, but there may not be a set period of time until day of, care may be needed in small shifts throughout the day, etc. Typical travel week will be Monday-Thursday. *Flexibility during times of travel required - travel expenses paid*
• Away/Travel Rate: $325/day

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting meal time
• All aspects of infant care
• Working on developmental milestones
• Traveling with family and supporting needs while on the road - finding fun things for the family to do while away from home, etc
• Keeping Baby’s space tidy and safe
• Running errands, light housework
• Age appropriate engagement and interaction

REQUIREMENTS:

• CPR certified or willing to become certified
• Must be comfortable with family’s two friendly cats
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
• Must be able to carry oneself in a professional manner at all times
• 2+ years of infant care experience
