We are currently looking for a Full Time Sales Specialist to expand the market share and drive revenue on our newest campaign while simultaneously creating long-term engagement with the customer.

You will join a team of trusted, dynamic, and entrepreneurial sales pioneers passionate about helping customers solve regular day-to-day issues while earning uncapped commissions at the same time. The Role as a Full Time Sales Specialist:

• As a Full Time Sales Specialist, you will adeptly guide fellow team members through industry trends, product knowledge training, and new onboarding procedures.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing direct marketing and sales strategies within a designated target market.
• Drive revenue for the associated campaign by strengthening customer relationships using active listening skills and a consultative sales approach to recommend specific products and subscriptions.
• Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to the Account Management team and clients.
• As a Full Time Sales Specialist, you will participate as an active member of our collaborative Sales Department and contribute to our growth-oriented team culture.
• Exhibit the utmost dedication to constantly refining your sales, delegation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Utilize acquired knowledge of operations systems and our sales strategies to analyze the business processes and suggest improvements.

The Qualifications for a Full Time Sales Specialist:

• Passion for marketing, sales, and creating personal brand experiences
• Operate with the mantra "Make it happen" and do so with an optimistic outlook and solution-oriented mindset
• Enjoy competitiveness and are goal-oriented
• Experience as a Sales Specialist or other sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to successfully work independently and can also be a valuable team partner
• Reputation for being a people person and can establish rapport easily
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field
