Responsibilities:

• Apply your networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, routing, network security, firewalls, and VPNs, for effective application deployment and management.
• Manage code changes and collaborate effectively with development teams using version control tools like Git or SVN.
• Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable deployment of code changes.
• Employ cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker, AWS ECS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and Kubernetes for seamless application deployment and scaling in cloud environments.
• Implement unit testing frameworks like Junit, .nUnit, and Mocha to ensure application quality and functionality.
• Apply your knowledge of server-side frameworks like Node.js to build scalable and efficient applications.
• Utilize strong knowledge of security concepts, protocols, identity and access management, data encryption, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS) to maintain application security and integrity.
• Leverage your proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, or AngularJS, to create intuitive and responsive web applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Sonar, Veracode, Jenkins, Git, and GitHub to automate deployment processes and enhance developer-operations collaboration.
• Leverage your knowledge of APIGEE Proxy and DevOps principles (12-factor) to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Employ containerization technologies like Docker to deploy and scale containerized applications.
• Utilize a diverse range of programming languages, including Python, Ruby, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot, to effectively contribute to the full-stack development process.
• Apply your understanding of audit and compliance processes to ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are met.
• Apply your understanding of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL for effective data management and storage.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, OpenSearch, and Prometheus to monitor system performance, detect issues, and troubleshoot problems.
• Contribute your experience in datacenter migration to support seamless application transitions.
• Utilize automation tools like Chef, Terraform, or CloudFormation to automate the deployment and management of cloud-based infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:

• Cloud expertise in AWS and Azure, including private cloud deployment via VPC.
• Utilization of DevOps tooling, including Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Chef, Terraform, and XLR.
• Monitoring tools experience, such as Splunk and OpenSearch.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack development and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in .NET and/or Java, along with JavaScript and familiarity with React framework for front-end development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in datacenter migration, supporting smooth application transitions.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, including the 12-factor methodology.
• Familiarity with APIGEE Proxy for enhanced application performance.
