Job Description

Job: FullStack .NET Developer

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

Type: Direct

Compensation: $150K - $70K


This is a great opportunity for some one looking for a real career.

We are currently seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves the development of both front-end and back-end applications. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing user interfaces, applications, APIs, database interfaces, and logic controls for various web, cloud, thick client, and standalone applications. Additionally, you will build integrations between local and remote systems, including both company and third-party systems. Collaborating with other team members, you may also participate in gathering business requirements, conducting code quality assurance, and facilitating the production process through DevOps.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively within an agile project team.
  • Create work estimates, technical project plans, and implementation plans.
  • Adhere to best practices and coding standards.
  • Continuously enhance personal skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Perform other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications across the entire application stack.


Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Knowledge of wireframing and visual design components is a plus.
  • Proficiency in front-end web technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud service platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework and C#.
  • Familiarity with distributed architecture and relational databases.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Desire to work in an Agile environment.
  • 4-10+ years of experience in a full-stack developer role.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL databases, SQL scripts, and queries.
  • Previous experience in developing custom software.
  • Mortgage servicing expertise is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with multiple approaches.
