Job Description

A Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements. They work closely with stakeholders, including clients, managers, and technical teams, to gather information, define project scope, and develop solutions to improve business processes and systems. Business Analysts are involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to testing and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
  2. Analyzing current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Developing detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  5. Facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
  6. Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
  7. Participating in system testing and quality assurance activities.
  8. Providing support during the implementation phase, including training and user acceptance testing.

  7. Domain knowledge in the relevant industry or business area.
  8. Proficiency in using business analysis software and tools.
  9. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) is often preferred.
