Job Description

Implement systems to efficiently process patients.

-Answer phones, schedule and collect payments from patients

-train new staff members in procedures and systems

-ensure scheduling to have phones covered during all work hours

-Insurance verifications

-financial consultations with patients

-Case histories, and vitals for new patients

-Keep accurate records
